研究了在Sm_2Zr_2O_7中掺杂Ce元素对其热膨胀系数的影响.通过共沉淀法合成Sm_2Ce_xZr_(2-x)O_7(0≤x≤0.4)粉体,在1600 ℃烧结成形.采用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜分析其微观结构,利用热膨胀仪检测其热膨胀系数.Sm_2Ce_xZr_(2-x)O_7(0≤x≤0.4)的晶格常数大于纯Sm_2Zr_2O_7,热膨胀系数也高于纯Sm_2Zr_2O_7,这是因为Ce元素的掺杂有效地削弱了材料的化学键.
The effect of Ce doping on coefficients of thermal expansion of Sm_2Zr_2O_7 compound was studied Sm_2Ce_xZr_(2-x)O_7 (x=0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20, 0.40) compounds were prepared by coprecipitation and their micro-structure were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The samples of these materials were sintered at 1600 ℃, and the coefficients of thermal expansion of the samples were measured by thermal expansion instrument. The constants of crystal lattice of Sm_2Ce_xZr_(2-x)O_7 (x=0.20, 0.40) were larger than that of Sm_2Zr_2O_7, and the coefficients of thermal expansion of Sm_2Ce_xZr_(2-x)O_7 (x=0.20, 0.40) were larger than that of Sm_2Zr_2O_7. This is because the energy of chemical bond is decreased by Ce doped in Sm_2Zr_2O_7.
