利用稀土La元素掺杂Fe78Si9B13合金,制备稀土La元素改性的FeSiB-La非晶薄带,分析其组织结构,并研究了稀土La元素含量和温度对FeSiB-La非晶薄带因互感而产生的磁感应效应的影响。结果表明:稀土La元素的掺杂可提高FeS-iB-La非晶薄带的非晶形成能力,延缓薄带中Fe-Si、Fe-B晶化相的析出,增强薄带的热稳定性;FeSiB-La非晶薄带的磁感应效应随稀土La元素含量的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势;温度对磁感应效应的影响很小。
Adding La to Fe78Si9B13 alloy,the amorphous ribbons modified by rare earth La were successfully prepared,and its microstructure was analyzed. The influences of rare-earth content and temperature on magnetic induction effect by mutual inductance were studyed. The results show that the glass forming ability will improve with the addition of La in FeSiB amorphous ribbons,and the precipitating of Fe-Si and Fe-B phase will also be delayed,thus the thermal stability of amorphous ribbons will increase;with the increase of rare-earth content,the magnetic induction effect first increases and then decreases;temperature has little influence on the magnetic induction effect.
