以可溶性淀粉为原料,Span80为乳化剂,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,蓖麻油和甲苯为油相,采用反相乳化交联法合成淀粉微球.由单因素固定变量实验得到合成淀粉微球的最佳实验条件为:淀粉质量分数11%,水相油相体积比1∶20,搅拌速度600r/min.用红外光谱仪进行结构表征,证明环氧氯丙烷和淀粉发生了交联反应.用扫描电子显微镜进行观测,发现淀粉微球粒径范围在40~90μm之间,表面有空隙.研究了不同淀粉质量分数对微球降解速率的影响,结果表明淀粉微球有较好的降解性,且淀粉质量分数越小,降解越慢.淀粉微球的溶血率为0.9%,远小于国家标准5%,证明淀粉微球有较好的血液相容性.
