采用高能球磨法制备了.纳米铜/石蜡温敏复合材料。通过傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和高分辨透射电镜(TEM)等对复合材料进行丁成分、物相和微观形貌的分析研究,并测试了材料热膨胀性和热敏性。结果表明,复合材料主要由铜、石蜡及少量氧化亚铜组成。石蜡在铜粒表面包覆均匀,形成类似核-壳结构。铜粉和石蜡的质量比对复合材料热膨胀性和热敏性影响明显。

Thermo-sensitive copper/paraffin nanoeomposites were prepared by high energy ball milling. The composition, phase and micrnstrueture of the composites were analyzed hy means of Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FTIR) , x-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The thermal expansion and thermal sensitivity of the materials were investigated. Results show that the phase of compositcs is mainly composed of copper and a small amount of cuprous oxide. Copper particles are homogeneously covered by paraffin, forming the core-shell-like structure. The mass ratio of copper to paraffin has an obvious influence on thermal expansion and thermal sensitivity of the composites.
