先通过基础试验研究微波在线测量烧结混合料水分的可行性和初步应用效果,继而根据基础试验结果进行了相关工业试验,考察了微波水分仪的实际测量效果.最后,根据工业试验的结果设计了微波测水系统.微波水分仪可以正确反应混合料水分变化趋势,工业试验中测量结果的标准偏差是0.32%;微波水分仪对现场环境的适应能力强,能够长期稳定运行;微波测水系统配有在线校验设备,它将有助于提高微波水分仪的适用范围和测量精度.

The possibility and basic application effect of on-line microwave moisture measurement of sintering mix-ture is studied by the basic tests. The industrial tests are used to analyze the real application value based on the re-sults of the basic tests. The microwave moisture measurement system is designed. The main conclusions are as fellows: 1) Microwave moisture analyzer can reflect rightly the moisture change trend of the sintering mixture, and the standard deviation of industrial test is 0.32% ; 2) Microwave moisture analyzer is suitable for industrial use and can run steadily; 3) Microwave moisture measurement system which contains on-line calibration equipment can help to extend the application space and improve the accuracy of microwave moisture analyzer.
