概述了金属与陶瓷钎焊、扩散焊与部分瞬时液相连接采用的中间层(又称过渡层)的研究现状.按组合方式不同,把中间层分为单层中间层、复合中间层和梯度中间层3类,并分别给予介绍.同时,对SiC陶瓷及SiC陶瓷基复合材料与金属连接时中间层材料的选取进行了分析.
