热轧在线组织性能预报系统的准确性很大程度上取决于钢的相变动力学模型,因此需要合理的模型来描述钢的相变动力学行为。采用热膨胀仪对CCSE船板钢的静态连续冷却转变曲线进行测定,并结合室温金相组织及硬度得出CCT曲线。采用Matlab编程拟合相变开始及结束温度与冷却速率之间的关系曲线,并对相变动力学模型参数进行优化,最后对比试验钢连续转变过程中的试验数据和回归模型的动力学行为曲线。结果表明,模拟计算值与试验值拟合程度很高,进一步说明该模型的合理性。
Accuracy of on-line microstructure and property prediction system largely depends on phase transformation kinetics model for steel on hot rolling line, which requires a reasonable model to describe the kinetics aspects of phase changes. Static continuous cooling transformation curve of CCSE steel was measured by Formaster dilatometer of Japan Co., Ltd., and combined with the optical microstructures and hardness at room temperature. The relationships between the phase transformation temperatures and cooling rate were regressed at the platform of Matlab, then the optimized parameters of kinetic regression model were obtained, and finally the measured and calculated kinetic behaviors during continuous cooling of CCSE steel were compared. The results show that the calculated results are in reasonable agreement with the experimental data. Furthermore, this is helpful to explain the rationality of the model.
