间规聚苯乙烯(sPS)是近年来发展起来的一种具有广阔应用前景的新型工程塑料，茂金属催化剂是合成sPS最主要的催化剂，它主要是由茂金属主催化剂和甲基烷氧基铝等助催化剂组成，具有单一的活性中心和催化效率高等特点。文中介绍了近年来各种茂金属催化剂，包括组成、特点、种类和发展前景。
Syndiotactic polystyrene is a newly developing crystal engineering plastics, which has more special properties, such as high soft temperature, high crystal degree, high crystal rate. It has widely applied perspect and will be very competitive in the market with other engineering plastics. Metallocene catalyst which has only one activity core is the important and most effective catalyst, having highly catalytic activity and can polymerize stereospecific polymer: syndiotactic or isotactic polymer, such as iPP, sPS. The composition of it include main catalyst——metallocene and acid catalyst——methyl aluminium oxygen. The property, category and developing prospect of metallocene catalys were introduced in the paper in details.
