凝胶固化成型工艺是一种新型的陶瓷材料成型技术,使用有机单体溶液配制陶瓷浆料,通过有机单体的聚合反应完成陶瓷浆料的固化成型.该技术适合于各种形状、尺寸的陶瓷块体和片状部件的成型.本文讨论了Al2O3浆料凝胶固化成型的反应机制,研究了聚合反应的影响因素,以获得合理的成型制度参数.实验结果证明,聚合反应速率随有机单体溶液的浓度升高和引发剂、催化剂的用量增加而加快,随浆料PH值升高而减慢.通过控制上述因素,可以获得理想的成型质量.
Instant-solidifying forming process is a novel technology for ceramic parts production. Green body can be produced by the polymerization of monomers.
There are many benefits of this technology, such as optimized procedure, simple operation, low cost, and so on. In this paper, polymerizing mechanism was
discussed and influencing factors on dynamics of polymerization were studied. It was proved that polymerizing velocity is accelerated by the increase of the
concentration monomer solution and the amount of initiator and catalyst, but decelerated by the rise of pH value. Ceramic sheets can be produced successfully
by controlling these factors accurately.
