两段式喷吹煤粉工艺具有保护炉内焦炭强度、降低高炉料柱压差的特点,有利于提高煤粉喷吹量、强化高炉冶炼,同时还可以降低高炉大喷煤对焦炭质量的苛刻要求。两段式喷吹煤粉工艺在某钢铁公司日产达到约3200 t的高炉实施,通过对风口焦炭、高炉尘及高炉操作指标的分析,考察了两段式喷吹煤粉工艺的应用效果。工业实践表明:该工艺能有效地保护焦炭强度,改善高炉炼铁的各项技术指标。
BiPCI process of pulverized coal injection could protect the strength of coke and decrease the pressure of charge in blast furnace. As a result, it is favourable to increase the coal rate and enhance the blast furnace operation. At the same time, it can lower the strict requiremnet on coke quality. BiPCI process is practised in a commercial blast furnace of productivity about 3200 t/d. The performance of BiPCI process is analysed by investigating the tuyere coke, offgas dust and operational indicators of furnace. The industrial practice shows that BiPCI process can protect the strength of coke effectively and improve the operational indicators of blast furnace.
