采用薄板坯连铸机（FTSC）生产SPA-H，通过化学成分控制、温度制度调整、结晶器保护渣选择和连铸二冷水调试等，解决了FTSC铸坯纵裂问题，表面质量和内部质量合格，FTSC铸坯板材性能优于常规铸坯轧材，FTSC已能批量生产SPA-H。
Technological development has been achieved for fTSC (flexible thin slab caster) to produce SPA-H steel grade . Through chemical composition control, temperature adjustment , mold powder choice and secondary cooling water setting for continuous casting etc., the longitudinal crack problems of slabs at FTSC are resolved. With certified surface and internal quality, the performance of FTSC slab plates is better than conventional slab plates. SPA-H steel has been produced in batch at Benxi continuously thin slab casting .
