在实验室条件下,以目前鞍钢集团矿业公司东烧厂生产的原料配比为基础,采用赤浮精矿为主要原料,通过改变配碳量和配矿进行600 mm、650 mm和700 mm料层烧结杯试验,分析了3种配碳量、2种配矿以及料层厚度对烧结技术经济指标的影响。为进一步提高东烧厂料层厚度提供了理论依据。

Based on the current materials rate in East Anshan Sintering Plant and taking hematite concentrate as major raw material, the experiments with 600 mm, 650 mm and 700mm deep bed sintering have been conducted under the laboratory condition with various carbon contents and ore blending rate. The influence of three types of carbon content and two types of blending rate on technical-economic indexes have been investigated so that the theoretical basis for improving bed depth further is found.
