根据关拉德反应(Maillard reaction)原理,以D-核糖为交联剂,氨水为pH调节剂,对胶原膜交联条件进行优化.对交联的胶原膜与未交联胶原膜进行XPS、IR、AFM、SEM表征,进一步考察了D-核糖与甲醛分别交联得到的胶原膜对I型胶原酶的耐受性.研究结果表明,在对酶的耐受性方面经D-核糖交联的胶原膜等同于甲醛交联的胶原膜.
