We have investigated the chemical potential, entropy and the electronic specific heat of electron-doped cuprates on the antiferromagnetism using Slave Boson Mean Field Approach (SBMFA)in thet-t'-t"-J model. It shows that electronic specific heat and entropy have abrupt change around electron doping concentration ( 8 = 0. 1 ), which means the quantum phase transition can occur. In addition, we also discuss entropy and discover that entropy is suppressed.
