用电化学法和表面形貌观察研究AZ91D镁合金电镀铜前酸洗活化及浸锌过程的一些主要影响因素. 结果表明, 镁合金的酸洗活化液组成对镁合金表面的光洁度有较大影响, 复合组分(C2H2O4•2H2O+NaF)酸洗活化效果明显好于单一组分(C2H2O4•2H2O)的酸洗活化液, 酸洗活化的温度以常温为宜. 最佳酸洗活化工艺为: 12 g/L C2H2O4•2H2O, 50 g/L NaF, 温度25~35℃, 时间60~300 s. 浸锌液中的NaF和Na2CO3对镁合金浸锌效果有重要影响, 二者缺一不可; 变温浸锌获得的浸锌层效果优于恒温浸锌, 最佳浸锌温度为是30℃变温到40℃; 浸锌时间以10 min到15 min为宜.
To deeply understand pretreatment process of AZ91D magnesium alloy for copper electroplating, the major factors which influence the pickling-activation and zincifying of magnesium alloy AZ91D were investigated by electrochemical measurement and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the composition of pickling-activation bath has considerable influence on the surface roughness of AZ91D magnesium alloy. The pickling-activation effectiveness of a compound (C2H2O4•2H2O+NaF) bath is better than that of single (C2H2O4•2H2O) bath. The appropriate temperature of pickling-activation is room temperature. The optimal formula of picking-activation is 12 g/L C2H2O4•2H2O, 50 g/L NaF, T=25---35℃, t=60---300 s. The presence of both NaF and Na2CO3 could have considerable influence on the open circuit potential (OCP) and the surface morphology of magnesium alloy AZ91D for zincifying. The zincifying film obtained in a zincifying bath with continuously varied temperatures was better than that with a consistent temperature. The optimal temperature regime varied continuously from 30℃ to 40℃. The appropriate immersion time of zincifying is 10~15 min.
