在无任何外加添加剂的情况下,于盐酸介质中,通过苯胺(AN)与二苯胺磺酸(DPS)的化学氧化聚合制备了纳米结构导电磺化苯胺共聚物(PANDPS).研究了聚合条件对共聚物粒径和形貌的影响.结果表明,共聚物颗粒的大小和形貌随聚合条件的变化而变化,在AN/DPS摩尔比为50/50、单体浓度为0.2 mol/L、过硫酸铵/单体摩尔比为1/4、1.0 mol/L盐酸水溶液中25℃反应24 h,可以获得平均粒径为33 nm的共聚物纳米颗粒;而当单体浓度为0.1 mol/L,聚合反应72 h,其它聚合条件相同时则得到直径为130 nm~140 nm、长440 nm~1.35 μm的共聚物纳米棒.
