通过微弧氧化处理后,钛表面形成一层氧化层,并且氧化层内含有F-、Cl- 和I-, 然后进行细菌粘附试验.结果表明:在种植体周围的常见菌群中,不管是需氧菌还是兼性厌氧菌,钛经过表面改性后均有一定的抗菌作用, 同时含有F-、Cl-和I-,更增加其抗菌性能.不同的晶相结构,其抗菌性能不同,在低电压时,形成的主要是锐钛矿型二氧化钛,其抗菌性能较优.
