首次对国产有机玻璃的力学性能、光学性能 等性质进行了全面研究,通过试验得到了常温和冻结温度的有机玻璃的性能数据,提出了常温 时光塑性条纹是应变条纹,冻结温度下光塑性条纹是应力条纹的新观点。导出了应力应变光 学定律表达式,并用有机玻璃来模拟塑性加工的开式冲孔工艺,证明有机玻璃是较为理想的模 拟金属塑性大变形的光塑性材料。
Mechanical and optical functions of polyme thyl methacrylate were analyzed in this paper. The function data of polymethyl methacrylate in the normal temperature and freezing temperature were got by the experiments. The new viewpoints that the fringe in normal temperature is strain fringe and the fringe in freezing temperature is stress fringe were given out. The strain-stress equation was summarized. Polymethyl methacrylate was used to st imulate open punching. The results prove that polymethyl methacrylate is one of the hot plastic material which has good optical characteristic to simulate the plastic processing technology.
