利用双酚酸与4,4'-二氯二苯砜,3,3'-二磺化-4,4'-二氯二苯砜二钠盐的亲核取代反应,制备了新型的含有羧基侧基的磺化聚芳醚砜(C-SPAES),通过核磁光谱对其结构进行了表征.以所合成的C-SPAES为分离层材料,聚砜超滤膜为支撑层,采用刷涂法制备了复合型反渗透膜.扫描电镜照片显示该方法制备的反渗透膜表面平整,而且无缺陷.所制备的C-SPAES复合反渗透膜具有良好的透水和截盐性能,其中C-SPAES-1.0复合反渗透膜,其对氯化钠的截留率可以达到90.2,在2.0 MPa下的水通量为11.4 L/(m2·h).
