使用自行研制的毛细管动态流变仪,研究振动参数对聚丙烯(PP)与碳酸钙(CaCO3)在不同配比时混料流变行为的影响.实验结果表明,填充体系的表观黏度随着振动频率和振幅的增加而显著降低,在频率8Hz左右,达到了最小值,并且当CaCO3的含量较低时,其表观黏度随着振动参数的变化响应更明显.
