Polycrystalline Fe-Mo-Si-B alloys with grains sized from 15 to 200 nm were prepared by means of the crystallization method. A critical phenomenon was observed in the variations of microhardness and electrical resistivity with respect to the annealing temperature. The critical temperature is 893 K which corresponds to the average grain size of 45 nm.
