在计算机模拟的基础上,研究了冷变形对优质高强GH2132组织、性能的影响,结果表明,在10~40%面缩率范围内均可得到内外性能均匀的冷拉棒;随着冷拉变形量的增加,棒材强度和硬度提高,而塑性逐步显著降低。通过采用合理参数冷拉形变强化后进行时效处理成功得到强度达到1100MPa级别而塑性仍然优良的优质GH2132合金棒材。

In computer simulation's foundation, has studied the cold deformation on structures and property of high-strength alloy GH2132 , results show that may obtain cold-drawn bars with inside and outside performance even stick in 10 ~ 40% area reduction rate scope; with cold drawing deformation increases, the bar strength and hardness enhance,, and gradually a significant reduction in plastic. Through the use of reasonable parameters of the cold deformation strengthening and aging treatment,We can obtain cold-drawn alloy GH2132 bars with 1100MPa strength level at the same time to achieve the fine plastic
