选用了分散性能较差的4种商业氮化硅粉料,系统研究了表面水解及热氧化处理对氮化硅粉料表面特性及分散性能的影响,并结合粉料的DRIFT光谱、离子电导率和可溶性离子浓度、以及表面氧含量的分析,总结了氮化硅粉料分散性能较差的限制性因素,提出1种普适性的制备氮化硅水基浓悬浮体的新方法.
