以Ti(SO4)2和Zn(NO3)2为原料,尿素为沉淀剂宿主,运用尿素加压法进行压热反应,经干燥煅烧制备纳米TiO2与ZnO复合纳米粉体,用TEM、XRD对其进行了表征.本文主要研究了ZnO和TiO2的不同配比及煅烧温度对复合纳米粉体光电性能的影响,将TiO2-ZnO复合纳米粉体制备成纳米结构电极并进行了光电化学研究.
