对炼钢厂小方坯连铸机结晶器振动装置进行运动特性、Adams虚拟样机动力学仿真以及有限元力学分析研究,并对摆动臂部件进行强度校核,分析断裂原因,并采取相应的改进措施。
The characteristics of the kinematical,dynamic simulation of virtual prototype with the software Adams and finite element of the caster＇s vibrator were analyzed.The structured strength of the swing arm was performed.The causes of rupture was analyzed and actions of the improvement were taken.
