研究2种不同工艺制备的Ti60高温钛合金d300 mm棒材的显微组织及力学性能.结果表明:Ti60合金大棒材的显微组织靠近外表面的区域变形比较充分,显微组织均匀性较好,靠近心部区域a相的等轴化程度低,显微组织均匀性相对表面区域较差,这种差别会遗传到两相区的热处理态显微组织中;不同变形程度的大棒材显微组织尤其是a相的形貌略有差异,但除600 ℃轴向拉伸性能外,室温拉伸、蠕变性能差别很小,这主要是由于初生a相体积分数较低的缘故.
