结晶器锥度是结晶器的一个重要参数,对连铸生产操作和铸坯质量的影响很大。板坯结晶器锥度不稳定也是炼钢厂连铸生产现场的技术难题,结合现场生产实际经验,分析了结晶器锥度不稳定的影响因素,查找了相关液压、电器、自动化、机械结构和钢种等方面原因,重点对结晶器铜板及足辊的锥度、足辊与引锭杆配合进行了分析和计算,对现场解决结晶器锥度不稳定问题具有指导意义。
The mold taper is an important parameter, which has great influence on the production and the quality of the strand. The unstable taper of the mold is a technical issue of the steelmaking plant. Combined with the experience of the production, the influencing factors of the unstable taper were analyzed, and the causes such as the hydraulic, electrical appliance, automation, mechanical structure, steel grade and so on were searched. In addition, the analysis and calculation for the mold copper taper, foot roller taper, foot roller and dummy bar control were focused, which has instructive significance to solve the problem of the unstable mold taper.
