为了得到可应用于颗粒物质光弹试验的聚碳酸酯小粒径颗粒,采用聚碳酸酯板或棒为原材料,通过所研究的3种加工方法及退火曲线,制成毫米级的高透明度颗粒,经过对其力学性能、光学性能及压汞的实验分析,得到了应力应变曲线、材料条纹值和内部孔隙结构特征的变化规律.结果表明,在退火的过程中除了热处理温度和时间,还要考虑热辐射的影响;退火不会显著改变聚碳酸酯材料的力学性能和曲线形状,只会对聚碳酸酯的孔径大小、分布、孔隙率等内部结构特征产生轻微影响,同时可以基本消除因制件尺寸造成的条纹值误差.
