以CSP工艺生产的Fe-3%Si钢为研究对象,采用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机研究了Fe-3%Si钢在不同条件下热变形时的再结晶行为以及晶粒尺寸的变化,分析了变形工艺参数对再结晶行为以及晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明:单道次压缩中,应力-应变曲线出现多峰现象,动态再结晶临界应变量仅为0.066。双道次压缩中,每个道次内都发生了间断动态再结晶;静态再结晶分数随着变形温度和道次间隔时间的增加而逐渐增大。

The dynamic recrystallization behaviors and grain size changes on the Fe-3%Si steel based on CSP technology were investigated during hot deformation under different conditions using Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation machine. The effect of deformation parameters on recrystallization behavior and grain sizes was analyzed. The results show that: in the single-pass rolling, multi-peak phenomenon appears in stress-strain curve, and the critical strain for dynamic recrystallization is only 0.066. In double-pass rolling, discontinuous dynamic recrystallization takes place within each pass. Static recrystallized fraction increases gradually as deformation temperature and interval time in pass increases.
