采用傅里叶红外变换光谱(FT-IR)、介电分析(DEA)和差示扫描量热分析(DSC)研究了环氧沥青等温固化反应过程中固化反应速率和转化率的变化。并利用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜(LSCM)研究了环氧沥青固化反应过程中微观形貌的变化。实时FT—IR、DEA和DSC研究表明,120℃时环氧沥青固化2.5h后,反应完全结束,介电分析结果证明环氧沥青固化反应属于自催化反应。LSCM结果表明,沥青在环氧树脂交联网络中形成相分离,沥青聚集形成分散相,均匀地分散在环氧树脂形成的交联网络中。
Real time FT-IR, dielectric analysis (DEA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were used to monitor the continuous isothermal curing process of epoxy asphalt at 120℃. Moreover, laser scanning confocal microscopy (LSCM) was employed to observe the morphology of epoxy asphalt during the curing process. FT-IR, DEA and DSC results show that epoxy asphalt is fully cured after 2.5 h at 120℃. Furthermore, DEA result proves that the reaction belongs to the self-catalyzed reaction. LSCM results show that the phase separation takes place due to the formation of the asphalt aggregates in the networks of crosslinked epoxy resin. And the size of asphah aggregates increases until the stable crosslinked networks are formed.
