采用沉淀法制备甲醇氧化电催化剂10%Nb2O5·nH2O-20%Pt/C,并在Ar气氛下对它进行热处理.用XRD和HRTEM研究热处理对10%Nb2O5-nH2O-20%Pt/C结构和形貌的影响,用循环伏安法和计时电流法研究热处理对10%Nb2Os·nH2O-20%Pt/C电化学性能的影响.结果表明:随着热处理温度的升高,催化剂Pt尺寸增大、活性提高;与无热处理的20%Pt/C相比较,700℃热处理的10%Nb2O5·nH2O-20%Pt/C对甲醇的催化氧化性能最好,它对甲醇氧化的起始电位降低了150 mV,对甲醇的氧化峰电流提高了2.48倍.
