半结晶聚合物在流动状态下的晶体形态演变、结晶动力学及结晶机理等与静态时相比,均发生了很大的变化,并对制品的宏观性能产生重要影响.研究流动诱导结晶主要围绕外力场的作用方式、晶体微结构和形态变化、结晶动力学及结晶机理等几个方面,利用计算机辅助工程模拟聚合物的结晶情况,也是一种重要的研究手段,而可靠理论模型的建立又是CAE(计算机辅助工程)技术的关键,文中就围绕半结晶型聚合物流动诱导结晶所建立的动力学模型进行比较分析.
Development of crystalline morphology, kinetics as well as mechanisms of semi-crystalline polymer under flow is quite different from that of quiescent conditions, such crystallization can also have important influence on the performance of final products. Research of flow-induced crystallization is revolved around the style of external forces, changing of micro-structure and morphology, crystallization kinetics and mechanisms. The application of CAE (computer aided engineering) in simulation involved is a quite important way to study polymer crystallization, while, foundation of reliable model is critical for CAE technology. The established kinetics models around flow-induced crystallization for semi-crystalline polymers were analyzed in this paper.
