采用OM和SEM-EDS研究了铝锌硅镀层小锌花和正常锌花的表面及截面的形貌和组织结构和化学成分;采用SEM-EDS和XRD研究了镀层的合金层组织结构、化学成分及相组成。结果表明,小锌花和正常锌花的锌花形貌、组织结构及化学成分基本一致。两者的不同点在于小锌花合金层中τ5相的数量明显多于正常锌花合金层中τ5相的数量,τ$5相数量上的差别是锌花不均缺陷产生的原因。τ5相数量越多,铝锌硅镀层在凝固过程中形核点就会越多,形成的锌花也越细小。

The morphology, microstructure and chemical composition of surface and cross section for mini spangle and normal spangle were studied respectively by OM and SEM-EDS. The microstructure, chemical composition and phase composition of alloy layer were studied by SEM-EDS and XRD. The results showed that morphology, microstructure and chemical composition were similar for mini spangle and normal spangle. The difference was that the amount of τ5 phase in alloy layer about mini spangle was more than about normal spangle. The difference of τ5 phase amount was the reason of spangles inhomogeneous. The more the τ5 phase, the more the nucleation sites, and the little the spangle.
