天然纤维复合材料以其高比性能、低成本、可回收再生等一系列优点被广泛应用于建筑、交通运输等领域.天然纤维渗透率的测量对于优化LCM工艺参数、模具设计、提高天然纤维复合材料产品质量有着重要的指导作用.本文介绍了天然纤维渗透率的测试原理以及测量装置,讨论了天然纤维渗透率在测量过程中存在的各种影响因素,重点分析了天然纤维渗透率测量与玻璃纤维等合成纤维渗透率测量的不同点,并提出了今后天然纤维渗透率研究的主要方向.
