采用原位水热沉析法制备羟基磷灰石(HAp)/壳聚糖(CS)复合粉体,然后以京尼平为交联剂,采用冷冻干燥法制备复合支架材料,并对其进行了X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、激光共聚焦显微(CLSM)分析及力学性能测试和细胞毒性分析.结果表明:复合支架由CS和弱结晶态的纳米HAp两相组成,且两相间发生了键合;支架材料内部由相互贯通的孔洞结构组成,其直径在100~300 μm之间,孔壁上富含微孔,并均匀分布着纳米HAp;采用京尼平交联的支架具有自发荧光特点,便于对材料在体内的情况进行实时追踪;同时其压缩强度大幅提高,细胞毒性降低,可以满足组织工程支架的要求,是一种潜在的骨组织工程支架材料.
