为了更多地掌握不锈钢在混凝土中表面形成的钝化膜对其腐蚀的影响,以溶液模拟不锈钢所处的环境条件,利用动电位扫描测量技术及Mott-Schottky曲线研究了316,2205不锈钢钢筋和Q235碳钢钢筋的耐蚀性能及其钝化膜的半导体特性.结果表明:在模拟的混凝土孔隙溶液中316,2205不锈钢钢筋表面形成了p型半导体钝化膜,其耐蚀性远高于Q235钢钢筋形成的n型半导体钝化膜;2205不锈钢表面钝化膜的耐蚀性优于316不锈钢表面的钝化膜.
