利用Thermocalc热力学平衡态相计算和试验研究相结合的方法,研究了高Cr马氏体耐热钢T/P122钢中δ铁素体形成原因,结果显示化学成分和热处理对δ铁索体含量影响明显,是影响δ铁索体形成的关键因素,Cr、V等元素明显增加铬当量(Creq),Cu和C、N等元素提高镍当量(Nieq),利用经验公式,控制Creq<14.91%,Nieq>6.0%,同时热处理温度不超过1200℃,低于γ-Fe→γ-Fe+δ-Fe转变温度,能够避免钢中δ铁素体形成.
