采用热分析天平、TEM、SEM、XRD研究了TiAl合金在900℃和1000℃的初期氧化行为,并对氧化机制进行了探讨,结果表明,TiAl合金在1000℃初期的氧化速度明显高于900℃,但随着时间的延长,900℃的a(Al)/a(Ti)活度比降低,使得最终合金在900℃的氧化速率高于1000℃.
