以水热法制备负热膨胀性ZrW2 O8粉体,考察酸性溶剂对粉体的合成及性质的影响。对其前驱体进行热重-差热分析,以X射线粉末衍射,扫描电子显微镜对产物结构及形貌进行表征。结果表明当加入的溶剂为HCl 和HNO3混合液时,能够获得结晶良好,纯度高的纳米ZrW2 O8粉体。但随着HNO3量的不断增加,颗粒尺寸逐渐减小,颗粒的形状从棒状转变为类球形。通过原位X射线衍射分析,表明所合成的粉体具有良好的负热膨胀性能。
Negative thermal expension ZrW 2 O8 powders were prepared by hydrothermal method , and influence of different acid solvents on the morphology was also studied .The precursors of ZrW 2 O8 were studied by Thermogravimetric and differential scanning calorimetry ( TG-DSC ) . The structure and morphology of the resulting powders were characterized by Powder X-ray diffraction ( XRD) and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively.The results show that when the mixtures of HCl and HNO 3 are used,the pure ZrW2O8 powders with high crystallinity are obtained.With the amount of HNO3 increasing, particle size decreases ,and their morphology changes from rod-like to spherical shape .The results of in situ X-ray diffraction measurement indicate that the materials have strong negative thermal expension properties .
