应用商业有限元软件ANSYS,将芯层树脂柱和泡沫分开划分单元,对含有树脂柱的点阵增强型复合材料夹层板建立物理模型,进行弹性力学分析.研究了树脂柱分布和材料特性对芯层与面层问的应力分布以及板竖向位移的影响,分析了树脂柱对于增强面层和芯层间抗剥离能力的作用.结果显示,树脂柱的存在增加了夹层板的抗弯刚度,树脂柱的材料特性和疏密程度对夹层板上芯层与面层层间的应力分布有一定的影响.
By dividing the resinic columns and the core into elements separately,a physical model has been developed for the elasticity analysis of the resinic columns reinforced sandwich plates by using the commercial finite element software ANSYS.The effects of distribution and material properties of resinic columns on the displacement of the plate and the stress distribution between the core and the faeial layers are studied.The role of resinic columns in preventing the delamination between the core and the faciallayers is analyzed.The results show that the existence of the resinic columns increases the bending rigidity of sandwich panels.The material properties and distribution of resinic columns have influence on the stress distributioa between faciallayers and the core.
