硅烷化处理工艺作为一种环保型金属防护技术,得到国际上的重视.目前的研究重点是通过多种手段进一步提高硅烷膜的防护性能.本文较详细地介绍了通过掺杂纳米粒子及各类缓蚀剂以提高防护性硅烷膜耐蚀性能的研究进展.
