为得出液压胀形轧辊各处应力的准确值,采用通过弹性力学计算的方法,对液压胀形轧辊过盈配合区受二次函数分布压力并在两端面上有不同的剪力和弯矩作用的情况进行了分析。通过构造位移函数,利用边界条件和圆柱薄壳理论,得到轧辊各处残余应力的解析解,在理论和工程实际应用中有很大的价值。

In order to get the exact value of residual stress for hydraulic bulging roller, by means of elasticity method, the hydraulic bulging roller is analyzed when shrunk-fit is subjected to quadratic function distribution pressure under different shear forces and bending moments. By constructing the displacement function and using all boundary con- ditions and the theory of the axisymmetry column thin shell, the analytic solution of residual stress is obtained, which is valuable in both theory and engineering application.
