对M951镍基高温合金光滑、三角形缺口试样分别在700,900℃下进行高周拉-拉疲劳试验(应力比R=1),并进行了断口形貌分析.结果表明:M951合金具有较好的高温高周疲劳性能;700℃时光滑和缺口试样的疲劳极限分别为320,294 MPa,合金在该温度下的缺口敏感性很小;900℃时光滑试样的疲劳极限为315 MPa,合金在该温度下没有缺口敏感性;光滑试样疲劳裂纹起源于由铸造缺陷和富钇的组织,其中前者引起的失效占全部失效试样的2/3;缺口试样的高周疲劳断口呈明显的多裂纹源性,应力集中是裂纹形成的主要原因.
