针对车用涡轮增压器压气机进口广泛采用弯管的现实,有必要评估弯管导流进气对离心压气机性能的影响,为发动机进气管道的优化提供参考.本文对离心压气机进口接入直管和多种不同安装角度的180°弯管展开实验和数值研究.研究结果表明:弯管进气使压气机性能下降,其性能下降程度与弯管的周向安装位置有关,而且这种影响随流量增加而增大;叶轮进口的流场结构受进气管道导流、叶轮势流和下游蜗壳周向不对称性共同作用,其对应的总压畸变形态改变了叶轮进气条件,导致压气机性能不同程度下降.
