以自制活性竹炭( Activated Bamboo Charcoal,简称ABC )为基体,负载喹啉降解菌BC027制备了生物活性竹炭( Biological Activated Bamboo Charcoal,简称BABC ),并研究了BABC去除目标污染物--喹啉的性能.结果表明:喹啉降解菌可以负载到ABC表面,且生长状态良好.与ABC相比,BABC去除喹啉的过程可分为三个阶段,其中降解期微生物作用明显;BABC去除喹啉的能力和溶液中OD值的大小相关,基体吸附性能仅在吸附期起作用.BABC的处理容量大于ABC,使用寿命长于ABC.
