采用自制的双辊雾化急冷设备,用快速凝固结合粉末冶金方法制备了Al2O3颗粒增强AZ91镁基复合材料,研究了该复合材料的显微组织、相组成和力学性能.结果表明:Al2O3颗粒增强相在基体中分布均匀,复合材料的室温δ、σb、σ0.2分别为2.00%,325.00 MPa,293.64 MPa;复合材料表现出较好的高温力学性能,473 K时,其δ、σb、σ0.2分别为11.24%,209.75 MPa,195.53 MPa.
