通过对高碳钢的钢种特性分析及高温力学性能的测定,结合唐钢FTSC薄板坯生产线的设备工艺特点,对高碳钢浇铸温度、结晶器保护渣性能,尤其是二冷强度进行了优化,消除了铸坯表面夹渣、重皮及中间裂纹等缺陷,显著降低了铸坯缺陷发生率,提高了产品质量。

Considering the characteristics of FTSC thin-slab process and the performance of high-carbon steel such as its hot ductility, low superheat was used, the composition of cast flux was optimized and the secondary cooling intensity was strengthened during the CC technology design. With the new techniques the surface entrapped slag, lamination and inside cracks were controlled.
