采用金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段对船板钢分层缺陷进行了分析。结果表明：船板钢分层缺陷主要是由于铸坯中存在偏析处的硫化物夹杂、含C、Nb、Ti的带状组织是船板钢分层产生的主要原因
The lamination defects of Ship plate steel was studied by means of metallographic microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the layered fracture is caused by sulfide inclusions at segregation in plate, banded structures which content of C、Nb、Ti.
