高级检索

逐层自组装(layer-by-layer self-assembly)技术制备光学功能薄膜和器件,具有可设计性强,可实现组成剪裁和微结构调控,对研究发展一类新型光子学材料、器件与微系统有重要理论意义和广阔应用前景,是一个很具前瞻性的研究新领域.着重综述逐层自组装二阶非线性光学薄膜材料制备技术、特性及其应用;评述了分别基于共价键和离子键力的逐层自组装技术特征、研究进展与面临的主要问题及其发展趋势和前景.
