低熔点氧化物添加剂在烧结时形成液相,可促进MnZn铁氧体磁头材料致密化,提高密度,改善磁性能.采用液相烧结,制备了组成为Mn0.60Zn0.32Fe2.08O4的高密度MnZn铁氧体磁头材料.
